Architectural
The Architectural Standards of the Association establish the policies and procedures for modifications or improvements to the exterior of the home. Below are the Architectural Standards and additional policies the the Board has adopted.
Prior to beginning any work on your home, including painting, replacing windows or doors, installing a new garage door, changing the landscaping or hardscape in your front or back yard or the installation of a satellite dish, you must submit an Architectural Application to the management office.
The Architectural Committee will review your application and respond back within 30 days. The more complete and professional your submission is, the more likely it is to be reviewed and approved quickly. Your plans will not be considered complete and will not be reviewed until all the necessary items have been received.
Pre-Approved Paint Colors
At the April 2018 meeting, the Board of Directors approved 8 paint color schemes for architectural pre-approval. If an owner chooses to paint their home using one of these color schemes, we still require an architectural application, but it will be approved on the spot and work can begin immediately.
