  • chevron_rightHow much are the dues and where do I send my payment?
    The dues will increase to $625 per year for 2025-2026. The budget is prepared and distributed in June for the fiscal year which runs from August 1 to July 31 each year.
     
    Payments are due on August 1 and are late if they are not received by August 30. Late payments will be charged a 10% late fee ($60.00). Accounts that remain unpaid as of September 30 (60 days past due) will be sent to collections.

    Checks must be made payable to Deer Ridge HOA and mailed to:

    Please remember to include your account number on your check for proper posting.
     
  • chevron_rightWhat do my dues cover?
    A full list of what your dues cover can be found in the Budget, but here's a quick breakdown:
    •     Reserves (to pay for long term repairs to landscaping, signage, entry monument, etc.)
    •     Common area landscaping and irrigation repairs (the Terra Alta entry and median on Athens Drive)
    •     Common area tree maintenance
    •     Insurance on the common areas
    •     Administrative expenses (management, tax prep, mailings, legal fees, etc.)
    •     Utilities (electric, water) for the common area landscaping
    •     Annual weed abatement on the hillsides (performed by May 31 each year)

  • chevron_rightHow do I become a Board Member?
    Thank you for your interest in serving our community by joining the Board. The Board holds elections at the Annual Meeting in October of each year. A Statement of Candidacy will be sent to all owners in July. If you are interested in running, we encourage your to fill out the form and return it to our property manager.
